There are three main categories of filing strips, namely sponge throwing, sanding strips and polishing strips.
The sponge file and sand bar have different models on both sides. The larger the number and the smaller the particle size, the side is called the fine side, and the other side is the rough side. The smaller the grit particles, the gentler the friction.
100# rough surface is mainly used for:
（1） Polishing after crystal, phototherapy and nail stickers.
（2） Before applying nail polish glue, polish the surface of natural nails.
180# fine surface is mainly used for：
（1）Polishing of natural nails.
（2）Polishing before polishing nails
